Trusted healthcare advisory grounded in decades of leadership.

An operator's perspective, earned over three decades.

30+ years leading physician-owned, multispecialty organizations.

I have spent my career on the operating side of healthcare: recruiting physicians, negotiating with payers, rebuilding workflows, leading EMR transitions, and guiding organizations through mergers and rapid change.

Before founding MJ Healthcare Advisory Group, I led the largest independent physician-owned multispecialty group in the Raleigh-Durham area. As president of the North Carolina Medical Group Management Association, I gained a statewide view of how dozens of independent practices were solving the same problems. That view shapes the advice I give today.
